PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Chester, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING pursuant to Section 345-59 of the Zoning Regulation on Monday, August 16, 2010, at 7:00 P.M., in the Village Justice Courtroom, 350 North Main Street, Port Chester, New York, to review the application for a Special Exception Use submitted by Segunda Iglesia Pentecostal Church for property located at 52, 54, 56 and 58 Poningo Street, known and designated as Section 142.22, Block 1 Lot 54, for the renovation of an existing one-story concrete block building for church congregation (public assembly) in the RA3 Zoning District.

Interested persons will be afforded the opportunity to be heard at this time. The proposed application is available in the Village Clerk’s office.
